(I)Listen, (We)Collaborate, and (You)Transform

A reflective, collaborative space to work through life transitions, relationships, and the experiences that shape us.

Welcome.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals (adults and teens), couples, and families navigating a range of issues, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, family conflict, or simply a pervasive sense of emptiness and lack of fulfillment in life. I’m especially drawn to those pivotal moments when we recognize the need for significant change, even if the path forward isn’t yet clear.

My work often involves supporting clients through periods of transition across different stages of life, as well as using EMDR to help process experiences that may feel difficult to move through on one’s own.

I am also a bi-racial, second generation BIPOC therapist comfortable working with multi-cultural issues. I welcome all ages, genders, colors, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Please take good care.
