It is by going down into the abyss that we recover the treasures of life. Where you stumble, there lies your treasure.

(I)Listen, (We)Collaborate, and (You)Transform

Welcome.

For over a decade, I’ve had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of issues, including grief and loss, depression, anxiety, childhood trauma, family conflict, or simply a pervasive sense of emptiness and unfulfillment in life. I’m especially drawn to those pivotal moments when we recognize the need for significant change, even if the path forward isn’t yet clear.

I am also a bi-racial, second generation BIPOC therapist comfortable working with multi-cultural issues. I welcome all ages, genders, colors, sexual orientations, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Please take good care.
